22א. בקשה להטלת הגבלה
תיקון: תשס״ט־2, תשע״ג
בקשה להטלת הגבלה לפי פרק ו׳1 לחוק תהא בכתב ויפורטו בה ההגבלות שאותן מבקש הזוכה להטיל על החייב, וכן יצוינו בה פרטי החייב כאמור בתוספת הראשונה לחוק, בפרטים 1 ו־2; אם פרטי החייב כאמור בתוספת הראשונה לחוק, בפרטים 1 ו־2 אינם תואמים את הפרטים הרשומים לגביו במרשם האוכלוסין ולא ניתן לתקנם לפי תקנה 10(ה) או אם החייב אינו יחיד, יצורף אישור בדבר פרטי חייב.
