25. הודעה על שינוי מען
מי שנמסר לו כתב בי־דין וכן הזוכה יודיע ללשכה על כל שינוי במענו למסירת מסמכים מיד לאחר שינוי המען; לא הודיע כאמור, רואים כל הודעה שנשלחה בדואר לפי המען אשר לפיו נמסר לו כתב הבי־דין לפני השינוי או שמסר עליו הזוכה ללשכה לפני השינוי, לפי הענין, כאילו הגיעה לידיו, אפילו הוחזרה בפועל על ידי הדואר בגלל שינוי המען.
