26. שמיעת הצדדים
תיקון: תשס״ט
רשם ההוצאה לפועל רשאי, בין ביזמתו ובין לפי בקשת צד, לפני מתן החלטה או צו על פי החוק, או לאחר מכן אם היה סבור כי הדבר דרוש לבירור עובדה או להבהרת טענה, להזמין את הזוכה ואת החייב, או אחד מהם, או כל אדם שיש לו נגיעה בדבר, ולשמוע טענותיהם.
