28ה. מסירת מספר חשבון בנק
תיקון: תשע״ז
התקבלה לרישום בקשת ביצוע בתיק שנפתח לפני תחילתן של תקנות ההוצאה לפועל (תיקון מס׳ 2), התשס״ט–2009, ולא מסר בה הזוכה או בא כוחו, אם הוא מיוצג, מספר חשבון בנק שאליו ניתן להעביר כספים, לא יתקבלו בקשות נוספות מהזוכה באותו תיק, עד אשר ימסור הזוכה או בא כוחו, אם הוא מיוצג, פרטי חשבון בנק בצירוף אחד המסמכים כאמור בתקנה 11(א)(4).
