תיקון: תשמ״ו, תשנ״ב, תשס״ט
רשם ההוצאה לפועל רשאי, מפעם לפעם, לדרוש מהחייב פרטים על ענינים הכלולים בטפסים 7 ו־7א שבתוספת הראשונה וכן על שינויי נסיבות שחלו; הפרטים יוגשו תוך חמישה עשר ימים מיום הדרישה זולת אם נקבע לכך מועד אחר, והם יהיו ערוכים לפי טופס 7 שבתוספת הראשונה, בשינויים המחוייבים.
