תיקון: תשמ״ו, תשנ״ב, תשס״ט
בוטל איחוד תיקים, ישלח מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל הודעה על כך לכל התיקים שאוחדו, וכן לחייב ולזוכים שנכללו באיחוד.
