37ג. הטלת תפקיד על פקיד של בית המשפט או של מערכת ההוצאה לפועל
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשס״ט
(א)מנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל יקבע על מי מפקידי בית המשפט או מערכת ההוצאה לפועל יכול מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל להטיל תפקיד ביצוע.
(ב)הטלת תפקיד על פקיד בית המשפט או מערכת ההוצאה לפועל יכולה להיות לצורך הליך מסויים בלבד או לתקופה קצובה שקבע מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל.
