37כ. ביקורת על חוקר ההוצאה לפועל
תיקון: תשנ״ו־2, תש״ע־3, תשע״א
(א)חוקר ההוצאה לפועל יאפשר לגורם מטעם מערכת ההוצאה לפועל לערוך ביקורות לפי הוראות תקנה זו.
(ב)הביקורת תתייחס, בין השאר, להליך הבדיקה, לאופן ניהולה ותיעודה ולהגשת הדין וחשבון לרשם ההוצאה לפועל.
(ג)הביקורת תיערך באופן שוטף על עבודתם של חוקרי ההוצאה לפועל; דין וחשבון בדבר תוצאות הביקורת יוגש למנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל, לוועדה הממליצה ולממונה על הרשמים.
