תיקון: תשע״א
הרואה את עצמו נפגע מהבדיקה שערך חוקר ההוצאה לפועל, הדין וחשבון שהוגש לרשם ההוצאה לפועל או כל פעולה אחרת של חוקר ההוצאה לפועל, רשאי לבקש מרשם ההוצאה לפועל בבקשה מנומקת בכתב, להתייצב לפניו לשם עריכת חקירת יכולת.
