37לב. התנגדות לבקשת הפטר
תיקון: תשע״ה־8
(א)נושה המבקש להגיש התנגדות לבקשת חייב להפטר יגיש את הבקשה ערוכה לפי טופס 10יג שבתוספת הראשונה; הבקשה תוגש ללשכה שבה מתנהל התיק במסלול ההפטר.
(ב)ההתנגדות תוגש בצירוף אלה:
(1)העתק מכל מסמך שעליו מסתמך המתנגד;
(2)מקום שהמתנגד מיוצג על ידי עורך דין, יצורף גם ייפוי כוח של עורך הדין.
