הוראות פרק זה יחולו בתקופת תוקפו של סימן ב׳ בפרק ז׳1 לחוק (ארבע שנים מיום 6.9.2015), אך הן ימשיכמו לחול על חייב מוגבל באמצעים שהגיש בקשת הפטר לפי הוראות הסימן האמור בתקופת התחולה.
