53. אופן המכירה
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשס״ט, תשפ״ג־2
(א)המעוקלים יימכרו במכרז לפי פרק ג׳1, זולת אם הורה רשם ההוצאה לפועל על אופן מכירה אחר.
(ב)נכסים פסידים יימכרו בידי מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל בהתאם לשיקול דעתו ובהתחשב בנסיבות הענין, ורשאי מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל לפנות לרשם ההוצאה לפועל לשם קבלת הנחיות למכירת נכסים אלה.
