61ג. מנהל מכירות וסמכויותיו
תיקון: תשנ״א, תשס״ט, תשפ״ג־2, תשפ״ו
(א)לשם אישור וביצוע של מכירות ימנה מנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל מנהל מכירות אחד או יותר מקרב עובדי מערכת ההוצאה לפועל.
(ב)(בוטלה).
(ג)לענין מכירת מיטלטלין שעוקלו יהיו נתונות למנהל מכירות הסמכויות של רשם ההוצאה לפועל ושל מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל.
(ד)לענין ערר לפי סעיף 80 לחוק, דין פעולה או החלטה של מנהל מכירות כדין פעולה או החלטה של מנהל לשכת הוצאה לפועל.
