תיקון: תשנ״א, תשנ״ה־2, תשס״ט
(א)מנהל המיתקן יעמיד במיתקן לעיון הציבור חוברת מכרזים שבה יפורטו פרטי המיטלטלין העומדים למכירה; מנהל המיתקן רשאי לפרסם את הפרטים האמורים גם בכל דרך אחרת שתיראה לו ושיאשר מנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל.
