הוראות תקנות 59 ו־61 יחולו גם על מיטלטלין שהועברו למכירה וסמכויותיהם של רשם ההוצאה לפועל ושל מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל לפי התקנות האמורות תהיינה נתונות למנהל המכירות .
