80. בקשה למינוי כונס נכסים
תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)המבקש מינוי כונס נכסים, יפרט בבקשתו את הנכס שעליו יתמנה כונס הנכסים, תיאורו, טיבו ומקום הימצאו, ויציע בבקשתו מועמד שיהא כונס נכסים; לבקשה יצרף את הסכמתו בכתב של המועמד למינוי.
(ב)לא ימנה רשם ההוצאה לפועל את הזוכה להיות כונס נכסים, זולת אם ראה טעמים מיוחדים לכך, אולם רשאי הוא למנות את עורך־דינו של הזוכה.
