כונס הנכסים ינהל פנקסים לרישום כל החשבונות הנוגעים לנכס שנתמנה לו, והוא יקפיד על קיום אסמכתה לכל הוצאה והכנסה חוץ מסכומים קטנים שלפי הנוהג אין להם קבלות.
