היה פסק דין למסירת נכס, והחייב לא מילא אחריו תוך התקופה שנקבעה לכך באזהרה כאמור בתקנה 12, יצווה רשם ההוצאה לפועל לתפוס את הנכס ולמסרו למי שזכאי לקבלו לפי פסק הדין.
