13. החלת דינים על רב מוסמך
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)רב שהוא עובד ציבור ומועצת הרבנות הראשית הסמיכה אותו לתת תעודת הכשר לפי סעיף 2(2), יחולו עליו בפעולתו במתן תעודת הכשר הדינים החלים עליו כעובד ציבור.
(ב)רב שהוא חבר מועצת הרבנות הראשית והיא הסמיכה אותו לתת תעודת הכשר לפי סעיף 2(2), דינו, בפעולתו במתן תעודות הכשר, כדין עובד המדינה לעניין החיקוקים המנויים בסעיף 10ז.
