15. אחריות בחבר־בני־אדם
נעברה עבירה לפי חוק זה בידי חבר־בני־אדם, יאשם בעבירה גם אותו אדם אשר בשעת ביצוע העבירה היה מנהל פעיל, שותף – למעט שותף מוגבל – או עובד מינהלי בכיר באותו תאגיד, האחראים לענין הנדון, אם לא הוכיח שהעבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו ושנקט כל האמצעים הסבירים להבטחת שמירתו של חוק זה.
