16. אחריותו של מעביד
נעברה עבירה לפי חוק זה בידי עובד במהלך עיסוקו של מעבידו, יאשם בעבירה גם מעבידו, אם הוכח שהעבירה נעברה בידיעתו ושלא נקט כל האמצעים הסבירים להבטחת שמירתו של חוק זה.
