מועצת הרבנות הראשית רשאית לתת לחקלאי אישור עורלה לעניין פירות או אישור בכורות לעניין בהמות, בהתאם לתקן כשרות, והשר, באישור מועצת הרבנות הראשית, רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין זה.
