18. תחולה על נוסע בטיסה פנים־ארצית
תיקון: תש״ף
הוראות חוק זה יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, גם על נוסע בטיסה שנקודת המוצא והיעד הסופי שלה נמצאים בשטח מדינת ישראל, ואולם לא יינתן פיצוי כספי לנוסע כאמור אלא לפי הוראות שקבע השר; בתקנות לפי סעיף זה רשאי השר לקבוע בין השאר נסיבות שבהן לא יינתן פיצוי כאמור.
