4. היתר לגבי בני זוג
על אף הוראת סעיף 3, רשאי שר הפנים, לפי שיקול דעתו, לאשר את בקשת תושב האזור למתן היתר לשהייה בישראל בידי מפקד האזור –
(1)לגבי תושב האזור שגילו מעל 35 שנים – לשם מניעת הפרדתו מבת זוגו השוהה כדין בישראל;
(2)לגבי תושבת האזור שגילה מעל 25 שנים – לשם מניעת הפרדתה מבן זוגה השוהה כדין בישראל.
