5. רישיון לבני זוג
בעלי היתר על אף הוראת סעיף 3, רשאי שר הפנים, לפי שיקול דעתו, לתת רישיון לישיבת ארעי בישראל לתושב האזור, שבן זוגו אזרח ישראלי או תושב ישראל, אם יש בידו היתר לשהייה בישראל מאת מפקד האזור והוא שוהה בישראל כדין מכוח אותו היתר, והתקיימו בו שני אלה:
(1)גילו מעל 50 שנים;
(2)הוא שוהה בישראל כדין עשר שנים לפחות.
