8. ראיות
נכה ימציא לרשות המוסמכת ראיות בדבר אלה:
(1)היות הנסיעה לחוץ לארץ והשהיה בחוץ לארץ נסיעה ושהיה לשם השגת קיצבה או מענק כאמור בתקנה 3;
(2)ההוצאות כאמור בפסקאות (1) ו־(2) לתקנה 2 שהוציא.
