12. סטיות
הועדה רשאית לקבוע דרגת נכות קטנה או גדולה עד רבע מזו שנקבעה במבחנים, בשים לב למקצועו, גילו או מינו של נכה, ובלבד שדרגת הנכות לא תעלה על 100%.
