דרגת הנכות בשל פגימה מוכרת באבר זוגי כשהאבר האחר פגום פגימה שאינה פגימה מוכרת, תיקבע על ידי צירוף פגימות שני האברים וניכוי הפגימה שאינה פגימה מוכרת.
