16. ביטול הקביעה
הורשע אדם בעבירה לפי סעיף 22 לחוק וקביעת דרגת הנכות של הנכה הושפעה מן הפעולות שבקשר אתן הורשע אדם כאמור, רשאית הועדה, על פי בקשת הרשות המוסמכת, להחליט שהקביעה בטלה מעיקרה.
