41. תחולת דיני העונשין על עבירת טרור שהיא עבירת חוץ
לעניין סעיף 13(א)(1) לחוק העונשין, יראו עבירה לפי סעיפים 20, 21, 22, 29, 30 או 31, שהיא עבירת חוץ כהגדרתה בסעיף 7(ב) לחוק האמור, שנעברה בידי חבר בארגון טרור שהוכרז לפי סימן א׳ לפרק ב׳ ויש לארגון זיקה לישראל, או בקשר לארגון טרור מוכרז כאמור, כעבירה נגד ביטחון המדינה.
