8. הראיית רשיון־רועה או תעודת־היתר זמנית של רועה לבדיקה
אדם כל־שהוא המתיימר שהוא המחזיק ברשיון־רועה, או בתעודת־היתר זמנית של רועה, יראה לביקורת, משידרשו זאת ממנו הרשות למתן רשיונות, או אדם כל־שהוא שהרשתה אותו על־כך הרשות למתן רשיונות, או כל מוכתר או כל שוטר, אותו רשיון או תעודת־היתר, הכול לפי העניין, לאדם הדורש זאת.
