9. עבירות וענשים
תיקון: תש״ח־2
כל אדם, המפר קביעה כל־שהיא מקביעותיהם של פקודה הזאת או של תנאי כל־שהוא שברשיון־רועה או בתעודת־היתר זמנית של רועה, יאשם בעבירה, ויהיה צפוי – משיתחייב בדין – לקנס של עשרים לירות או למאסר שלושה חדשים, או לאותם שני עונשים גם יחד.
