119ט. פרטי הבקשה למידע למורשה להיתר
תיקון: תשפ״ב־7
בקשה לקבלת מידע למורשה להיתר תכלול את הפרטים האלה נוסף על האמור בתקנה 11:
(1)פירוט אם מדובר בהקמת בניין חדש או בתוספת לבניין קיים;
(2)בבקשה הכוללת תוספת לבניין קיים –
(א)פירוט מיקום התוספת ושטחי הבנייה המשוערים;
(ב)המורשה להיתר רשאי לפרט בבקשה, לכל היותר, שתי חלופות אפשריות לבניית התוספת.
