51. דוח מסכם של מכון הבקרה
(א)ביצע מנהל בקרת התכן בקרת תכן לבקשה, יודיע על כך לרשות הרישוי, לעורך הבקשה ולמבקש ההיתר ויצרף להודעתו דוח מסכם כמשמעותו בתקנות עבודת מכון בקרה.
(ב)הודיע מכון בקרה כי בקרת התכן נמצאה לא תקינה, רשאי עורך הבקשה לעדכן את רשות הרישוי כי בכוונתו להגיש בקשה מתוקנת למכון הבקרה, ורשאי הוא להגיש הודעה כאמור כל עוד החלטת רשות הרישוי לפי חלק ד׳ סימן ב׳ בתוקף.
