6. צירוף העתק של מסמך ושמירתו
תיקון: תש״ף, תשפ״ב
(א)נדרש צירוף של מסמך, למעט תכנית ראשית, יוגש המסמך באופן מקוון באחת מדרכים אלה:
(1)חתום בחתימה אלקטרונית מאושרת של יוצר המסמך;
(2)סריקה ממוחשבת של העתק המסמך.
(ב)עורך הבקשה ישמור ברשותו את העותק המקורי של כל מסמך שצורף בדרך של סריקה ממוחשבת למשך 10 שנים לפחות.
