7. מועד הגשה באופן מקוון
(א)בקשה או מסמך שהוגשו באופן מקוון באמצעות מערכת רישוי זמין, יראו כמוגשים במועד קבלת אישור הגשה; בתקנה זו, ”מועד קבלת אישור הגשה“ – מועד קבלת אישור, הניתן לאחזור, שיונפק במערכת לעורך הבקשה.
(ב)מסמך שהוגש באופן אלקטרוני לא יראו כמוגש, אלא אם כן עבר בהצלחה בדיקת קבלה ברמה הטכנית; מסמך שלא עבר בהצלחה בדיקה כאמור, יידחה ולא יועבר אישור הגשה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
