98. מתן תעודת גמר לאחר השלמת התשלומים
(א)על אף האמור בתקנה 97, שלחה רשות הרישוי הודעה כאמור בתקנה 96(א), לא תינתן תעודת גמר אלא לאחר ששולמו החיובים כאמור.
(ב)תעודת גמר תהווה אישור הרשות המאשרת כאמור בסעיף 157א לחוק.
