110. חובת רישוי לגבי ייבוא מוצרי תעבורה מסוימים
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 109, השר רשאי לקבוע סוגי מוצרי תעבורה, שאדם יהיה זכאי לייבאם אם ניתן לו רישיון ייבוא מאת הרשות המוסמכת לייבוא, לאחר שמצאה כי התקיימו התנאים כאמור בסעיף 109.
(ב)לא ייבא אדם מוצר תעבורה שחלה על ייבואו חובת רישוי לפי חוק זה בלא רישיון ייבוא, אם חדל להתקיים תנאי מהתנאים לקבלת הרישיון או בניגוד לתנאי הרישיון.
