113. ייבוא מוצרי תעבורה מקוריים
השר רשאי לקבוע, מטעמים של בטיחות והגנה על שלום הציבור, סוגי מוצרי תעבורה שאין לייבאם אלא אם כן הם מוצרי תעבורה מקוריים; תקנות לפי סעיף זה יותקנו בהסכמת שר האוצר ושר הכלכלה והתעשייה ובאישור הוועדה.
