124. השתלמות איש מקצוע העומד לרשות בעל רישיון לסחר במוצרי תעבורה
בלי לגרוע מהוראות לפי סעיף 14, המנהל רשאי להורות לבעל רישיון לסחר במוצרי תעבורה כי איש מקצוע כמשמעותו בסעיף 117(א)(2) העומד לרשותו יעבור השתלמות מקצועית כפי שיורה לו, בשל התפתחות טכנולוגית או שינוי בתקינה או בחקיקה המצדיקים זאת, אלא אם כן איש המקצוע הוא בעל הרישיון.
