125א. תקנות לעניין סחר במוצרי תעבורה בידי בעלי רישיונות מסוימים
תיקון: תשע״ח
השר, באישור הוועדה, רשאי לקבוע הוראות נוספות שיחולו על בעלי רישיונות המנויים בסעיף 117(ב) לעניין סחר במוצרי תעבורה, ובכלל זה מגבלות שיחולו עליהם לעניין סחר כאמור, וכן רשאי הוא לקבוע בדרך האמורה כי הוראות סימן זה, כולן או חלקן, לא יחולו על בעלי רישיונות כאמור או יחולו עליהם בשינויים כפי שיקבע.
