142. דיווח על ליקויים ברכב שהובא למוסך
מנהל מקצועי של מוסך ידווח למנהל או לרשות הרישוי על ליקויים בטיחותיים ברכב שהובא למוסך שלא תוקנו, העלולים לסכן את התנועה או את הבטיחות, והכול בהתאם להוראות שקבע השר, באישור הוועדה.
