147. בוחנים בבחינות לקבלת רישיון לניהול מקצועי של מוסך
(א)המועצה רשאית להסמיך בוחנים לשם בחינת מועמדים לקבלת רישיון לניהול מקצועי של מוסך.
(ב)על בוחנים שהוסמכו לפי סעיף קטן (א) ואינם עובדי המדינה, יחולו הוראות חוק העונשין, הנוגעות לעובדי הציבור.
(ג)השר יקבע הוראות לעניין תנאי כשירות וניסיון מקצועי של בוחנים כאמור בסעיף זה.
