151. בחינות בשמאות רכב
(א)השר, על פי הצעת המועצה המייעצת לעניין שמאי רכב שמונתה לפי סימן ב׳, יקבע תכנית בחינות עיוניות ומעשיות לשם קבלת רישיון לשמאות רכב.
(ב)השר יקבע את סדרי הבחינות, דרך קבלת תוצאות הבחינה והשגה על תוצאותיה.
