158. חובת הגינות ועצמאות שיקול הדעת של שמאי רכב
בעריכת שומת רכב יפעל שמאי רכב בהגינות ותוך הפעלת שיקול דעת עצמאי ובלתי תלוי, ובכלל זה באופן בלתי תלוי בזהותו של מזמין השומה או עניינו בתוכן השומה, וינקוט אמצעים סבירים כדי להבטיח את התנהגותם המהימנה של עובדיו.
