165. תקופת כהונה של חבר ועדת המשמעת
חבר ועדת המשמעת יתמנה לתקופה של ארבע שנים, ורשאי השר לשוב ולמנותו לתקופה אחת נוספת, וכן לשוב ולמנותו לאחר הפסקה של ארבע שנים רצופות לפחות.
