178. מותב חסר
(א)נעדר חבר ועד המשמעת שאינו היושב ראש מישיבה, יתקיים הדיון באותה ישיבה לפני חברי הוועדה הנוכחים אם הסכימו לכך הצדדים, אלא אם כן החליט היושב ראש לדחות את הדיון.
(ב)דיון שנערך במותב חסר כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) לא יסתיים אלא לפני ועדת המשמעת בהרכבה המלא.
(ג)על אף האמור בסעיף 177, החלטה במותב חסר שנחלקו בו הדעות תתקבל על פי דעתו של יושב ראש ועדת המשמעת.
