המנהל ידווח לוועדה, אחת לשנה, על מספר העיצומים הכספיים שהוטלו, סכומם, בשל אילו הפרות הוטלו ומספר ההפרות החוזרות שבוצעו מתוך כלל ההפרות בשנה שקדמה למועד הדיווח; דיווח כאמור יימסר במשך חמש שנים מתום שנה מיום תחילתו של פרק זה.
