226. הוראות מיוחדות לעניין סמכויות פיקוח ואכיפה כלפי מערכת הביטחון
על אף האמור בפרק י׳, מפקח יפעיל את סמכויותיו לפי חוק זה לעניין שירות רכב ועיסוק במקצוע בענף הרכב הנעשים בתוך מיתקן של מערכת הביטחון, ולעניין מתן שירות על ידי בעל רישיון להפעלת מוסך או רישיון להפעלת מוסך נייד לרכב שבשימוש מערכת הביטחון, לפי התקשרות שנמסרה עליה הודעה לפי סעיף 225 – גם מחוץ למיתקן כאמור, בכפוף להוראות סעיפים 227 עד 234.
