249. הוראות מעבר לעניין תעודות, אישורים, היתרים ופטורים
תעודות, אישורים, היתרים ופטורים שניתנו לפני יום התחילה בידי מנהל האגף לרכב ושירותי תחזוקה במשרד או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך לפי צווי הפיקוח האמורים בסעיף 247 ועמדו בתוקפם ערב יום התחילה, יראו אותם כאילו ניתנו לפי חוק זה, והם ימשיכו לעמוד בתוקפם לתקופה של שישה חודשים מיום התחילה או עד לתום תקופת תוקפם, לפי המוקדם.
